

Yoga makes you feel your body in a whole new way🙈 Even the simplest stretches can feel surprisingly good — especially when you sink into a pose slowly and feel everything from your hips to your shoulders 😱
I’ve started noticing how differently I sense my own body — it’s becoming more sensitive, more responsive… almost like it’s starting to talk back to me 😏😍
Some poses are all about balance and focus, but the ones I love most are the ones that make me bend, open up, and arch my back… Funny how those simple movements can feel so sensual. Almost intimate.
