I am a happy girl, and I have a very grateful heart but recently life has felt super overwhelming and living in my brain has been exhausting. I just want to Thankyou for your continued patience and kindness towards me. Iām going to take tonight off to relax and have a smoke. š I took myself to the beach to read some books despite feeling like I wanted to be in bed all day, so Iām proud of myself for that. āØ If you are having a hard time in your head, my heart goes out to you because I know how hard, draining and sad it can be. š Speak soon my loves xx
