After hastily preparing dinner (I didn't really feel like eating, more like just warming up - I often pour myself hot tea in the cold winter), I went back to my computer.🌿 🌺🌿To be honest, lately I constantly feel sleepy and irritable - lack of sunlight and vitamins affects my mood and well-being a lot. That's why I try to take more frequent walks and do yoga - training helps me very well to relieve nervous tension❤🌿🌺🌿Here and now, having finished all my business, the first thing I did was to spread a sports mat and make myself comfortable on the floor.
