πToday I decided to go to the gym in the evening, after university and work. To be honest, physical activity sometimes helps me relax much better than a simple nap. After doing a workout (before I did a yoga stretch) I finally went home.πππI cooked myself a light dinner and made a banana milkshake and sat down to knit.
