I had 22.5 miles (36km) planned today, but there was a special air quality, and a heat warning in effect. I opted for the treadmill and stretched it out 24 miles since the treadmill is more forgiving on the legs than cement. It was still slightly torturous, but it's done. One more deposit in the running bank; and hopefully plenty to withdraw on race day.
