Added 2021-08-21 00:46:10 +0000 UTCI decided to take today as a rest day. I have 78 miles in 5 days and tomorrow is 24 miles. As much as I'm building and trying to tax my body, I want the 24 miles to be quality as that run most mimics the marathon.
