Life update: I went to the doctor. My testosterone is still zero, my e is fairly high. I'm going to reducing my dose further to see if t comes back a little and makes me less distracted and unmotivated. Then I'm going to try starting injections to get that real shit going.

I'm starting to feel better generally. I can't tell if I'm starting to feel better generally or if I'm just becoming manic again. I'm worried that I'm a narcissist and that's why I can't connect with people. I'm sad that my life has become small and awful, but I think Julia is the best I can be, and I need to start being her all the time.

I tried not taking my hormones for a couple days, kind of to punish myself but also just to see what would happen. The extreme irritability came back so hard today, I obviously need them. I thought that eating nothing but ice cream and cheese buns for a week hadn't effected me much, but it looks like I have gained a little weight in my belly :/ NOT where it's supposed to go
