Soon... 3.6lbs lost! It's going to feel so good to see the scale starting with 15 again instead of 16 or 17. Also I've almost entirely stopped nailbiting so get ready to finally see some nails in upcoming content 😁 The physical changes are only a small part of the benefits. It's like i'm a completely different person here, very calm and relaxed, and it's made me appreciate/realise many things. I've decided that for my own health and wellbeing, I'll be flying back to eastern europe by the end of the month, but this time I'll be sure to have new content queued up (my decision to go last month was on a whim, sorry!). Being here has also proved to me that I'll definitely be entering the 150s weight range when I'm back soon which I'm very excited about. Thanks for being patient! I'm looking forward to making new content. I've had a lot of sex dreams the past few days especially so I think my mind is craving to make some horny content again 👀

I'm so much heavier in throwback photos from 1.5 years ago, it still shocks me to see. This is from when I was 196lbs~ Left Sweden last week at 166.6lbs, currently 164.2lbs as I type this, all from enjoying eastern european portion sizes + their food again. Will take comparison photos when I'm back home, that's always fun :) wish I could stay long enough to go down to sub 160 again but I know I have to go home *sometime* (unfortunately...)
