Buen dia! Les traigo mi caso para que lo puedan aplicar m. Yo hace 2 semanas que no entreno, por complicaciones de trabajo, el tratamiento del diente que tuve que hacer y demas cosas que surgen en los momentos menos inesperados.
Por ende, como llevo un tiempo sin entrenar, no es conveniente ejercer los mismos ejercicios de fuerza o levantar el mismo peso que solia hace. Primero debemos tener en cuenta que el cuerpo esta "flojo" y perdio parte de la potencia que teniamos. Por eso les traigo la gama de ejercicia de movilidad y flexion con fuerzas sostenidas para realizar. En este primer video esta abocado a recuperar y trabajar dentro de las movilidades de mi cuerpo con un ligero esfuerzo tolerable. Y posiciones posturales con detenciones de tiempo.

Cada vez que nosotros mejoramos nuestra técnica, o tratamos de hacer más hincapié en ella, la pregunta que tenemos que hacernos es 👉“¿siento el musculo que solicito, trabaja correctamente?”. 🔴Una pregunta muy poderosa, ya que cada vez no permite centralizar el foco de atención solicitado, cada vez que nosotros tengamos más conciencia sobre él, mejor va ser nuestro desarrollo. Ahora, lo cual nos lleva la siguiente pregunta 👉"¿por qué?". 🔴Bueno si hacemos hincapié en una información que les di no hace mucho, podemos poner como ejemplo la amnesia glútea, donde el glúteo no llega a tener voluntad de trabajo solicitada, y por lo tanto es necesario mejorar la conexión mente musculo. Lo cual se traduce en proceso de entrenamiento fructífero en plazo. 🙌Por poner un ejemplo, sin conciencia muscular, la cola no crece debidamente o nunca, con conciencia muscular la cola crece en poco tiempo o en meses. 🔴Conclusión, no va importar tanto la cantidad de repeticiones que hagamos, sino las repeticiones de calidad con focos al musculo a trabajar, por ende, buscaremos que cada repetición sea mejor que la anterior, ya que, al tener presente el área de trabajo, la 🧠"concienciencia" de sentir como trabaja determinado musculo demandado, nos dará una evolución creciente constante. Y de la otra forma... estamos haciendo por hacer, pensando en la nada... sin objetivo de finalidad. 🔴Un consejo que suelo dar externo de las actividades, juegue con su cuerpo, traten de ubicar 🧠mentalmente los músculos en su cuerpo, y a modo de voluntad propia, traten de moverlos, de contraerlos y relajarlos.🙌 Este pequeño juego permite una focalización constante, y una forma de afianzar cada vez más mi relación muscular.
