Good morning π€ fun fact of the day: Starting the day with a soothing cup of tea infused with a touch of honey can provide numerous benefits for athletesπ§π»ββοΈ Tea π΅ is a hydrating and refreshing beverage that contains antioxidants and can help improve focus and concentration. Honey, π― on the other hand, is a natural source of carbohydrates that can provide a quick energy boost. Together, tea and honey can help athletes kickstart their metabolism, enhance their performance, and provide a gentle and healthy way to begin their day. The soothing properties of tea can help calm the mind and prepare athletes for a focused and productive training session.ππΌ
π¦ The scorpion pose is a really great stretch to work into all the muscles surrounding your back and hips, such as: Hip abductors (located at the outside of your glutes and hips) Hip flexors (located at the front of your hips) and your Glute Maximus (which is largest area of your glute.) Do this a few times a week and pulse the leg up and down a little bit as high as you can go to really push the stretch (you can use your hand to push your thigh further up as iβm doing) and you will be feeling a lot better and more mobile throughout the day. π
Abs check after a light ab sesh and putting in some upper body work finally got to relax shower and rest with a little tea to help curb my appetite and cravings for the day π

This is one of my favorites for ab workouts ππ»ββοΈ βVertical toe touches.β This exercise will help strengthen your legs at the same time since youβre keeping them flexed remaining in position with your feet pointed toward the ceiling. Using your core youβre going to lift your shoulder blades off the floor along with the rest of your upper body til you reach your toes. Then let your self back down with your legs in the same position until you feel a burn. π₯
An exercise ball, also known as a stability ball or Swiss ball, is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to improve stability and strength in various ways. The round and unstable surface of the exercise ball engages the core muscles as they work to keep the body balanced. This constant engagement helps to strengthen the core muscles over time, leading to increased stability and better posture. In this exercise iβm doing single leg squats with one leg raised up on the ball to train stability and the squats to train strength πͺπΌ
Have you ever heard of these? ππ‘οΈThe sai is a traditional Okinawan melee weapon that is often used in pairs. It likely originated from a farming tool, which was then adapted for self-defense.
