My breakfast and my perfect recept for thin elastic pancakes..
My breakfast and my perfect recept for thin elastic pancakes:
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 spoon of oil
Salt& sugar a bit
Flour till it gets in smoothie condition
Heat your pan (I use a wok pan ) with a bit of oil and split a part of the dough on it. Wait a bit, flip, then wait and take it off. Now you can make another one 🫶 slip the dough again. You don't need more oil on a pan and can taste these pancakes with sweet or salty fillings! I like both 😋
