I was just thinking how you guys always see the good pics, but you don't see the bloopers. It's the times where the sun and weather aren't cooperating. I was so excited to wear this outfit! Got outside and it was crazy bright and very windy. Too element's that make photo shoots challenging. When the sun is overhead its quite harsh and brings out the worst in the human body, lol. So, as you'll see I'm standing in the shadows in hopes of a softer light, but the camera is just not reading the situation very well. Then, the wind had my hair going everywhere. I gave it about 10 mins and then went inside to shoot.

My schedule here has been a bit different than my usual trips, because here in Jamaica Airb&b's come with a staff. So, there are 3 staff members here most of the time, which is very nice, but it does throw me off, because I'm used to complete privacy to do WHATEVER I please whenever I please if you know what I'm saying... I like jumping on here and doing the things I need to do like answering messages and whatnot, but this week there's always someone peeking over my shoulder asking if I need anything or just wanting to make friendly conversation. It's nice don't get me wrong, but most of the time I dearly love my privacy and freedom to do whatever I'm feeling. Make sense?

Happy Thursday babes!! So, I missed you guys yesterday...I wasn't online much at all. Unfortunately, I had a little emergency situation with my dog, Binkee. He was acting weird and slightly withdrawn on Tuesday, and then by early Wednesday morning he was really sick and exhibiting some concerning symptoms, so off to the vet we went immediately. Being that we had no appointment, and they were booked solid all week, we had to wait on stand-by so we could be seen in between other patients, which was very nice of them!! Long story short, Binkee was eventually seen by his vet, and we left we antibiotics, steroids and pain meds. So, he should be fine in a few days to a week!! Whew! Luckily, today he is already 50% better. Family comes first, and you know how our fur babies are our kids.
Well, this is pretty much the last of my leather series. I really enjoyed this particular shoot because it was such a lovely time of year in Taos, New Mexico. As you can see the sun was warm on my skin and the landscape was absolutely stunning, but there was also that undeniable cool fall vibe. Yes, there was a fresh breeze that would sweep through once in a while. I love shooting in these conditions because it's just really comfortable. It's that feeling you wish could last forever, the feeling that makes you think how it's good to be alive. I love the seasons, and I especially love fall. I've said it before...fall brings a vibe of mystery. I like that :)
