Good or bad. I think it’s pretty important. Even if they’re “losing it” or saying things they don’t mean or seem crazy/nuts. It doesn’t have to be “good vibes only” for everyone and i love when people aren’t afraid to let it out or process it. We all say things we don’t mean because we are genuinely feeling tidal waves inside of us by ourselves. For me, ptsd and whatever experiences I had turn me into someone I’m not sometimes. Sometimes, I say things I don’t mean or react in scary ways because I feel pushed into a corner. This is where I feel I kind of have to bare my teeth to feel like I have more power or control over my life.
