I was woken up at 6:20 am and have tons of energy. I think I’m going to go for a light run. I’ve been eating healthier for a week now and I can definitely see it in my gut lol I’m feeling more confident, so that’s a plus! ☺️

Hi! Sorry I have been slacking with my posts. I'm going to be completely honest, I have put on a few (many, actually lolol) pounds and haven't really been feeling good about myself lately.
