so people, i am doing well, on a strict diet until june, but will prob cont. forever. Its been difficult and depressing not eating what i want but i am staying the course and do feel better. I can feel my waist coming back to normal and i am not exhausted all the time. Want to say that i am loving being here with you and hope you let me know how i can further make your stay enjoyable.
