I Didn’t keep the black drum, he was in slot but right at 14 inches . I try not to keep fish that are right in the limits because I want them to grow and get bigger so they can have more babies. In Texas they raised the trout size to 16inches because we were killing them off so fast because everyone pulling the 14 inches. Just keep that in mind when fishing. If your not starving make sure your fishing in mind for the future.
