What are your fitness goals this year??
Mine are a little different this year.. one of them is getting more flexible.
How will I achieve this? Stretch 30min a day! I like to spend this time stretching while reading a book or doing something on my laptop.
Other fitness goals this year:
1. Bike 100 mile ride in 1 day
2. Flexibility
- full splits, scorpion,
- press handstand
- various yoga poses
3. Swim 1mile swim
4. Deadlift 225
5. 15pullups

Really need to focus on on my squat form. I have Major imbalance issues going on. You can see the shift in my hips as I squat. You can analyze your own squat by taking a video or looking in a mirror as well ?

My meal plan today as follows
Breakfast:
Coffee with almond milk creamer
Protein waffles, blueberries, banana, peanutbutter
Super food greens with collagen drink with water
Lunch:
Protien bagel
1 egg
Ham and cheese
Fit aid
Protein shake with low carb powder, almond milk and plain greek yogurt
Dinner:
Shrimp & broccoli
Veggie pasta with olive oil and spices
Greek yogurt flavor or almond milk ice-cream

A year ago I competed in the toughest physical challenge I have ever done! Check out to contents of the workout. I finished in just under 2 hours. You can see by my heart rate tracking I was at max effort multiple times! I was so excited to train hard and do better the next time around.. unfortunately that will have to be pushed back another year. Check it out ?

2 other supplemental items for recovery. Extra protein and FitAids.
I normally drink Fit aids (1 per day) these are full of great nutrients for any sort of physical recovery. (See photo for what's inside)
Orgain protein from milk protein. I picked this one for bone repair specifically. These easy to grab protein shakes taste delicious. I added this in to my diet now for extra source of protein and calcium.
